Go Digit IPO: The initial public offering (IPO) of Go Digit General Insurance Ltd, a firm backed by Canada-based Fairfax Group, is set to launch its initial public offering today, May 15. The IPO of the company sale will conclude on Friday, May 17.
Go Digit’s proposed IPO comprises fresh issuance of equity shares worth Rs 1,125 crore and an Offer For Sale (OFS) of 5.47 crore equity shares by a promoter of Go Digit Infoworks Services and existing shareholders.

The basis of the allotment of shares under the IPO of Go Digit is set to be finalised Tuesday, May 21.

The Go Digit IPO stock is likely to be listed in the secondary market on Thursday, May 23. The stock will be traded on the bourses, BSE and NSE.
Go Digit IPO lot size, Go Digit IPO price band
Go Digit IPO price band is set at Rs 258 to Rs 272 per share. The minimum lot size for an application is 55 shares. The minimum amount of investment required by retail investors is Rs 14,960.
Go Digit IPO: Book-running lead managers
ICICI Securities Limited, Morgan Stanley India Company, Axis Capital Limited, Hdfc Bank Limited, Iifl Securities and Nuvama Wealth Management Limited are the book-running lead managers of the Go Digit IPO.

Go Digit IPO: Fund Utilisation
Proceeds from the fresh issuance have been proposed to be utilised for the augmentation of the company’s capital base and maintenance of solvency levels and general corporate purposes.
Cricketer Virat Kohli and his wife and actor Anushka Sharma are among the investors in the firm. They are not selling any shares in the IPO.
